Holy shit. This is some insane controversy that took place just this month and it's fucking wild. Here we are again talking about another predator and this time it's from back in the day. Before you ask, I've talked a lot about YouTube predators like Mini Ladd (with Update), Charem the Shadox (with Update), Sienna Mae Gomez, Rocky Rakoon, Cryaotic and the list goes on. Check out those posts if you're interested. But anyways, for today's post we are going to talk about Featureman; one of the old YouTuber's back when YouTube started and would make video tutorials however this guy turned out to be a predator back in the 70s and was outed for it.
The Severe Downfall:
Known to be a Predator / Aftermath and Deleted Videos:
I'm not going to talk about the history on this guy since he's been deleting videos on his channel and the history for him is quite long. The guy's real name is Tom Willett.

More information about the trial. |
Roughly 11 days ago (at the time I'm making this post) a reddit user by the name of u/inquisitiveferret posted vintage articles on the r/TomWillett Subreddit of allegations leading back to Tom Willett (full name is Thomas Willet). Back in the 70s, Thomas Willett was arrested during the time period and was pleaded guilty for three counts of violation of NRS which is the infamous crimes against nature. Unfortunately, he ended up getting the possibility of parole and based on this trial from justia.com, the sentences were suspended and he got 5 years' probation and only serve 1 year in jail. Evidentially, he was supposed to be sentenced to life in prison.
Because the internet wasn't created back then (until the 80s), no one really knew about it until it was brought to the surface. While Tom had been running his channel since 2006, no one at that particular time ever knew that he was a predator until today. His last video (which has since been deleted but reuploaded by someone else) was originally titled "My Jailhouse Adventures." The video itself is just him for 20 minutes basically outing himself as a predator and tries to deny any wrongdoings. Once that video was posted (before it got deleted), Several YouTuber's like Penguinz0 and SomeOrdinaryGamers made videos on this topic as well as many people did some investigation work thus finding the court case and the articles.
This is where it all leads to the decline which isn't surprising. Since the start of the controversy (which happened just a few days ago), he went from having 431k subs down to 417k subs within a week apart as well as removing his videos. Of course, this wasn't the first time he was ever caught. There had been a history with him on Twitter, but I don't have the evidence to back those claims up. So we all know that Tom's YouTube career is pretty much tarnished, and we hope that he rots in prison for the rest of his entire life.
