So originally, I was going to do a post on Mini Ladd (a.k.a Craig Thompson), but that will be another time since Craig returned to YouTube and he still has fans trying to defend him. Anyways we'll have a creator in mind that we haven't seen in a while and are curious to see if they're still active. Then when we go to their channels, we will see that they fucked up in the worst way possible. For this we have Cryaotic; a gaming YouTuber that would play games with friends but goes solo most of the time and he was called out in 2020 for sexual allegations. Also trying to address the situation in a non-apology video and a non-apology statement. But anyways.
Cryaotic (formerly known as Ryan Terry) started his account on March 14, 2006. It wasn't until August 28, 2007, where he uploaded his first video titled "Cry's Theme." He would never use his channel often though as his upload rate was far from between. It wasn't until the year 2008 where he would start uploading videos more frequently (weeks or months to be exact) and they were quite random. An example of that is when he uploaded videos like "Pudding" or "Random Banter Episode 1" I don't know just strange content. He would upload his first let's play video of Amnesia titled "Amnesia: The Dark Decent" stretching each video between 14 and 15 minutes long. He would also continue to play other games like Elder Scrolls V. Skyrim, Underhell, Final Fantasy XV, Okami, Ori and the Will of the Wisps and many others.

Sexual Allegations and Misconduct:
@LadyTiabenie |
On June 20, 2020, Cryaotic was called out on twitter by a user named @LadyTiabenie in which she explained in a story about her developing romantic feelings when she was 16. She says:
"On my 18th birthday, things took a turn and I was too blinded by rose colored glasses to see what had actually happened to me."
LadyTiabenie also heard stories on women who had similar experiences with this guy. On the same day, Cryaotic uploaded a video titled "Cry Talks: We stopped being genuine a long time ago" which is the video shown above (but the thumbnail says Let's Be Genuine). In his so be called apology video, he openly admits that he cheated on his girlfriend and claims that he didn't know was underage (which he did and was just a coverup). He also claims that he's not the same person as what he was back then. As a result, the video was met with 28k likes to 51k dislikes (as of 2022).
The very next day, he makes a tweet (basically another fake apology but in a written statement) explaining that the video was made in a manic state. He also goes on to say that he promises to deliver a proper, coherent explanation of the situation whenever he possibly can (of course it never happened). The context is that he's shifting the blame for his mental health (which is another excuse). The post itself received a mix reaction. Quite a number of people defended him which is fucking disgusting. Anyways here are a couple of comments that I found under that post:
"Yeah there really isn't. Good apologies don't exist because the words won't take back people's pain. Blaming mental health doesn't make the apology any better tho :/" - Tikay_orange
"There is no valid explanation for grooming someone underage its not a "mistake" its something a predator does." - Ayana_Ze
During the same day, many people accuse Cryaotic a predator and a child groomer. Avalyn on twitter compiled a google docs document of every victim exposing Cryaotic and his behavioral problems. There's even one's from DeviantArt in the document. Trust me when I say that reading the document, it gets a whole lot worse from there. Even the drama dates back all the way in 2011 and 2012. Another one is a timeline megathread on reddit of Cryaotic's accusations and it goes in depth showing both the date and the time. A few YouTubers like Bills, Noble Lucy, Tori The Human and many others jumped on the bandwagon to talk about him.
The Disapperance / Banned from Twitch and Instagram:
This doesn't really come as a surprise and I guess this was a while back, but Cryaotic's Twitch and Instagram account were terminated for violating the community guidelines and the Terms of Service. There was also the termination of his DeviantArt account, but I forgot to put an image of it up. Since the video and his tweet, Cry has simply disappeared off of both YouTube and Twitter and the question is what happened to him? Well, the information is unknown, but he changed his profile picture on Twitter with a black background with the text 'More to Come.' So that would I guess indicate that he's possibly returning at some point? I'm not really sure but I highly doubt it. Even if he does come back, nobody wants him to.
