EnchantedMob: Disturbing Animator With A History of Bullying [WARNING]

Side Note: Please do not go and attack or harass this person or these people.
WARNING: Some of the content maybe disturbing to some viewers.

We live in a day in age of animation content on YouTube. Most of it is good while the rest of it is bad and I'm using that term pretty heavy. What sucks about animation today is that most of it is not as good as what it used to be. Before the rise of cringe content, you were able to do whatever you wanted with animation without the aid of being called out by dipshits who call it cringe. Well, this is yet a cringeworthy animator that were talking about today and that is EnchantedMob; a YouTube animator who does Minecraft animations of popular horror games, but in a way that's creepy, disturbing and downright disgusting. There had also been bullying behind the scenes.

EnchantedMob (doesn't go by any other names) started their account on February 26, 2014, and remained inactive for two months until April 8, 2014, when the first video titled "Welcome!!! (Minecraft Animation)" was released. The earliest of their videos were short animations that would last in seconds or last to a minute at the most. Later on in the year, they started doing FNAF animations when it became a thing and despite this, they also do music videos as well. By the time that 2018 rolled around, it was a big change for their content like this video titled "Build Our Machine" which is a parody inspired by the game Bendy and the Ink Machine. One of their most popular and yet most viewed video on their channel is literally "Build Our Machine" which sits at over 253M views on YouTube released back on July 2, 2018.

The Downfall:

Cringe Content / Bullying of EkrCoaster / NFT's / Responses:

Content from 2014-2015.
Content from 2022-2023.

So, for those that need context about EnchantedMob, they own a variety of other channels (or subdivisions) that being ZAMination, Animation Sins and Mob Entertainment (which they're the creator of the popular horror game Poppy's Playtime). The content on the ZAMination's channel is the same so there's no difference. Despite making Minecraft animations of other games, EnchantedMob went from doing good and sometimes great content down to repetitive, cringeworthy and downright disturbing content just like the rest of them. In any cases, I would compare them to GameToons where they literally do the same thing over and over.

On another note, MOB Games has also been in the spotlight for jumping on the craze of NFT's a few years back. Just like the situations I talked about regarding the Bored Ape Yacht Club and how NFT's are a big fucking joke, MOB Games does the same thing on a website called Sweets which is an NFT based website. Oh the complete and utter irony. Needless to say, they still have the whole thing still set up all because of them seeing the useless NFT's for the very first time.

However, this is not just the tip of the iceberg. They've also been attacking and bullying one specific user. A user by the name of EkrCoaster made a game back in 2020 called Venge which is a survival horror exploration type game. When Poppy's Playtime came out in 2021, EkrCoaster made a tweet thread exposing Mob Entertainment (MOB Games) for plagiarizing as well as copying similar aspects to his game. Despite the controversy after the release of Poppy's Playtime in 2021, MOB Games (before it was ever a thing) would bully and harass EkrCoaster with most of it going all the way back in 2018. I forgot to mention that the main Co-Founders of MOB Games are Zach Belanger and Seth Belanger. The first iteration of this was a video from June 12, 2018 (deleted but reuploaded) on their sister channel 'Animation Sins' which was one of EkrCoaster's video under the same name "Build Our Machine." Not to mention the fact that Animation Sins is just a channel for bullying Minecraft Animators over animations that go all the way back into 2012.

Literally on the same day as the video was released, Zach Belanger would go into the Discord to talk shit about EkrCoaster saying that he's trash, calling him the laziest animator. After the whole drama and the whole controversy surrounding MOB Games and EkrCoaster, Zach Belanger (the CEO of MOB Games) went to release his statement on Discord. I highlighted some key details in black outlined boxes to better explain the problems. For starters, even though he says that he regrets making NFT's based on their game, he did it because of rise of them. Then again, NFT's are still fucking useless. In the statement, he also talks about Ethan (a.k.a. EkrCoaster) about the situations regarding the Animation Sins channel. Of course, he had every right to be upset because you basically trashed him on the same day you posted that video shitting on his animation, again telling him that he's the laziest animator. It's the primary reason why he stopped animating as a whole.

Not long after Zach's statement, Seth Belanger (the CCO of MOB Games) writes his own statement as well trying to debunk some of the claims. Once again, I added the key details in black outlined boxes. Seth brings up Ethan yet again but this time denying that they sent him memes. Once again, another way of trashing on another person by sending Ethan gross shit. He goes on to talk about Circus Baby which is an animatronic child from Five Nights at Freddys (FNAF created by Scott Cawthon). EnchantedMob had a history with sexualizing underage characters in their animations with Circus Baby being one of them. Seth tried to deny it claiming that in the books she's being possessed as a child which is false. Based on an old tweet, they were making assumptions about Circus Baby from Five Nights at Freddys: Sister Location being legal age which is so unbearably backwards with the wording of the tweet. They haven't played the games. Hell, even Scott Cawthon (the creator of the FNAF franchise) said that Circus Baby is an animatronic child.

Needless to say, both Seth and Zach's statements were received a mixbag. A lot of people praised them for stepping in about the situations that were going on while others say they haven't learned from anything to get the memo. A YouTuber by the name of Theft King had summed up their apologies in his video and the story was picked up by Screen Rant talking about the timelines of EnchantedMobs controversies. Well, we know this generation is fucked for a reason.
