Another day and yet again another Roblox YouTuber, however this one specializes in art/animation. For those that are curious, I've talked about several Roblox YouTuber's like DeeterPlays, uwucutesingle, Pop Cat Roblox and Vallance. The Roblox community (much like any other communities) is considered to be the worst community much like the Minecraft community with its manipulation towards the audience that watches them. It's clearly a disgusting practice that those particular YouTuber's should rethink on their actions. This YouTuber had done a lot worse and for this we have Ribs; an Australian YouTuber who plays Roblox and makes animations but is known for her toxic behavioral issues.
Ribs (that's show she goes by her alias) started her account on August 18, 2020, however it remained inactive until New Years Day of 2021 when her first video titled "Roblox TDS Neko DJ Speedpaint" was released. Ribs did a couple of speedpaint videos like Medic & Minigunner and an MS Paint style Roblox Speedpaint. Shortly after, she started getting into animation producing early animations like Fallen King is a CHAD, Tower Defense Simulator, Noobs in Roblox and so on. Animations kept on coming out and were mostly short style videos that were about as long as 9 to 11 seconds. Animations like Funky Roblox was about as long as 26 seconds whereas Laggy Players in Roblox was about 31 seconds. One of her most popular and yet most viewed video on her channel is titled "Noobs Lying About Their Age in Roblox Voice Chat."
The Fall:
Mental Health Issues & Attacking Users:
This part of the post where it's interesting. The start of her decline was pretty short-lived as it didn't have much of an impact. Her last video was on May 17, 2022, and had remained inactive. The start of September 4, 2022, was the beginning of her decline. She had originally lost 13k subscribers in roughly 5 to 6 months but by the time March had rolled around, she gained all the subscribers back within two months. Actually, it was a lot more than what she originally had.
Now you may be thinking, why am I making a post about Ribs? Well, it's very simple as what she's going through is of course mental health issues which is the saddest part. Back in April of 2023, she had changed her description on her Roblox Group (shown above) but had since changed it to something else. Many people in the comment section in her last video were a mixbag with many wanting to help and giving advice. Keep in mind that was back in the middle of April, so she had changed her description to something else as well as the inactivity for roughly 7 months.
Her first community post telling people to go kill themselves. |
Around this time, she wrote her first community post in like a year. This is not like a return post or anything, instead she straight up told her audience to go kill themselves. Many people speculated that she was hacked recently but it turns out that was false because she had responded in the first community post. She also made a couple of follow-up's telling people to die and that all YouTuber's should rot in hell. The worst part about these posts is that she would make animated content about toxic players and toxic communities when she doesn't realize that she's being toxic herself through the illness that she's going through. She's basically turning into an alternate version of a small creator named LeviThePenguin and honestly, it's disgusting.
That didn't stop her from making another community post a week ago basically trying to attack people and thinks that the YouTuber's who made videos on her are based on theories. Speaking of the YouTuber's, there were several of them like Nukinjer, Haldyn, monwy, iisimplypxrplex and many others who made videos on this situation breaking down anything related to the drama.
A YouTuber by the name of Parlo who used to have a channel titled ParloV2 had made a series of videos on Ribs with the latest one titled "ROBLOX RIBS IS BACK" and that she's feeling better. Even though this video was just a reupload from a couple of days ago (and the community post was a week ago), we have yet to prove if this is real or not. Mental Health and Mental Illness is difficult to clean up and the process can take more than just a few days. It can probably take up several months to roughly a few years before a person feels better. Well, lets hope that she gets back on track
