Ah yes, the iilluminaughtii situation is considered to be one of the more interesting topics so far within the past year. If you been following this blog for quite some time now, you'll recognize that I discussed her multiple times from May of 2023 to July of 2023. Now she's back into the spotlight when it comes to lawsuits and even straight up plagiarism. Also, if you haven't seen the previous posts, just search it up on my blog and you'll find dozens upon dozens of posts regarding the downfall, updates and so on. It's also crazy with the fact that all because of the abusive workflow and an attempt to try and take down LegalEagle, it's no wonder why she hasn't really owned up to her mistakes and it's less likely that it will ever happen.
The New Info:
Hbomber's Video on Plagiarizing / Case Dismissed:
So this first part really isn't anything special but everyone knew about Blair's plagiarizing tactics. On December 2, 2023, YouTuber by the name of Hbomberguy made a (close to 4 hour) video about plagiarism on YouTube featuring several popular YouTuber's like Internet Historian and James Somerton and to our surprise, iilluminaughtii was one of them. Then 3 days later on December 5, Hbomberguy uploads a video to his second channel that's all about Blair's plagiarism. So, everyone came to a conclusion that Blair copies statements, articles and even quotes from the original owner's word for word and simply blurred out the person on who recorded it.
There was also a lawsuit that Blair made against OzMedia, Wonderstruck Guy and The Click but upon further research it's mostly just Oz. After quite some time of the court case and with Oz raising money to fight against and get back on his feet, the case was dismissed. However it's still not out of the legal battle yet. Apparently, she's being sued for tax evasion that goes all the way back into 2019 all the way up to today. I will update this post if something new comes out.
