We live in the day in age of content that is literally the bottom of the barrel. Even going so far as to hire actors who probably don't get paid all that much just to make you look like the biggest douchebag in society. With all the hype of actors will come with big consequences and that is the main problem with Dhar Mann (the guy who does reenactments of real-life cringeworthy stuff) and all of the clone channels. Well for today's post we have Generation Hope; a Dhar Mann type clone channel that makes skits to make a quick buck to try and teach morals, but also got involved into some hefty drama. When I say drama, I mean it several different layers of it one at a time.

I'm not going to go over the history on Generation Hope because it's considered to be a brand-new channel starting about a year ago (in 2021) so there's not much to talk about. Anyways let's start off with the most plain obvious one (and this is not just the only channel that does this) and that is the fact that Generation Hope literally copies the format and the thumbnails (or at least tries to mimic) of the popular YouTuber Dhar Mann. As shown in the screenshots above, they kind of play in similarity to one another however Dhar Mann has been around a lot longer while Generation Hope hasn't. With the crazy titles and thumbnails, the channel was accused by fellow YouTuber's YourMovieSucks, AugustTheDuck, ShortFatOtaku, SomeOrdinaryGamers and Sinatra Says (deleted).
Misleading Claims / Racist & Insulting:
Just as you thought things couldn't get worse from here, well it does, and it is downright disrespectful at the same time. Way back in January of this year (2022) Generation Hope uploads a video titled "Racist Karen WHIPS Black Boys For Playing Basketball, What Happens Next Is Shocking." Now this video (shown above) sparked so much controversy that the video was deleted but reuploaded by someone else. The whole section of the video involved a black man being whipped for entertainment (which is completely fucked up). It also involves a guy in a wheelchair getting told to stand up for himself when he's crippled. The Drama goes so far that the popular YouTuber SomeOrdinaryGamer tweeted it out with the status "HAHA WTF IS THIS LMAO" (tweet shown above).
One of their biggest claims (and possibly the biggest red flag) is that they say that their family friendly when in reality they're not. Even if you go to their channel, it says it in the banner. Also going so over the line with some of the most egregious titles of all time, I'm surprised to see that they haven't been terminated yet. But anyways all of the YouTuber's that I mentioned all talk about that video. In fact, some other YouTubers such as oompaville and ImStillDontai talk about it more in depth and react to it. Apparently, Generation Hope is still sticking to their side of the story for one of the worst channels of all time. And of course, the channel is run by douchebags.
